Zucchini Brownie
I love zucchini season! Cinnamon rolls, pies, pizzas, roulettes and of course brownie! And all this from our great vegetable zucchini, or zucchini, whoever likes it!
I share one idea about a healthy holiday snack.
Grind all the ingredients of the cutlets, add spices.
Spread the mass thinly on a baking sheet, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees, ~ 30-35 min.
Cool and squeeze the circles with a glass or metal ring.
Squeeze the circles out of the bread with a glass or a special ring and bake in the oven at 200 degrees (but do not overdo it).
Spread cream cheese on the bread, put a lettuce leaf on top, a small cutlet on top.
Garnish with a slice of pickled cucumber and half an olive.
Nutrition is missing this time. Because the holidays do not count kcal, I just prepare healthy meals.

The most common breakfast in the morning - pancakes, omelettes, sandwiches. Rarely will rarely give up pancakes and still be as delicious as these.
Oh, these treats! So good!
