Another variation of the morning "porridge". And - as always - very, very tasty and filling!

Oatmeal porridge with strawberries and chia seeds

 60 g Oat flakes
 180 g Water
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for top
 100 g Fresh raspberries
 100 g Natural yogurt
 10 g Chia seeds
 15 g Whey protein (or 20 g honey)
 Sweetener of your choice
Directions

Cook the strawberries into a porridge, mash and add the chia seeds. Leave to swell for ~30 minutes.

Pour boiling water over the oats and leave to swell (or pour water over the oats and microwave for 2 minutes).

Add the whey protein to the yoghurt and mix.

Spread the yoghurt-protein mixture over the oats and top with strawberries with chia seeds.
For the decoration, 5 g oat flakes toasted with honey.
