Many will think it's a strange combination, but I came across it one morning completely by accident and really liked it. Therefore, I also share it with you.

 80 g Pear
 60 g Philadelphia light cream cheese (cream cheese "Baltais" is also suitable)
 50 g Blue mold cheese Dor Blue
 10 g Caramelized walnuts (they are prepared for me in advance: roast 60 g walnuts + 30 g maple leaf syrup)

Spread cream cheese on corn galettes.

Put thinly sliced (or grated) pear and cheese on top.
