Curd casserole with raspberries, blueberries and yellow plums

In the summer, when there is such a huge range of different fruits and berries, you want them all at once! A little bit of everything and a delicious, juicy curd cake is made!

 2 Eggs
 60 g Egg white
 360 g Skimmed milk curd
 200 g Berries and / or fruits
 50 g Natural yogurt
 25 g Corn flour
 15 g Corn starch
 Sweetener
Directions

Blend the eggs with cottage cheese, natural yoghurt, sweetener, starch and flour.

Stir in the sliced fruit / berries.

60g egg whites whipped into a stiff foam and stir in the curd - berry mass.

The mass is poured into a mold and baked ready ~ 175 degrees.
