Ingredients
 2 Small eggs (100g)
 75 g Whole wheat flour
 90 g Peach (pitted weight)
 80 g Banana
 40 g Dates
 40 g Natural yogurt (I use Amphora, 3.9%)
 ½ tsp Soda
 Vanilla essence (vanillin)
Preparation

Dates aplej with water and leave for 30 minutes.

Drain the water. Blend the egg with banana and yogurt.

Add the dates and blend them together again.

Add flour mixed with soda.

Add chopped peaches.

The mass is poured into the form and bake for ~ 35 minutes at 175-180 degrees.
