I felt like having buckwheat. It turned out delicious -:).
Another variation for a delicious breakfast. My taste buds were delighted!

Put 30 g of pear, 30 g of 10% cheese, 15 g of Dor blue cheese, and 7 g of crushed walnuts on the slice of toast.
Put a second slice of toast on top and put the sandwich in the sandwich toaster for a few minutes.
Repeat the same with the second serving.
