Something very delicious. Perfectly useful if you want something sweet and none of Ineta's delicacies have been prepared -:)
Peel, cut the apple into small pieces, add cinnamon/vanilla, and sweetener, and cook over low heat (I put it in the microwave for 3 minutes). Cool it down.
Toast the bread. Put 50 g of cottage cheese on each and ~60 g of apples and 5 g of walnuts on top.
