
Carrot cake with lingonberry-apple filling (gluten-free)
Lingonberries, apples, carrots... all picked and grown in our gardens and forests!
I am attracted by new tastes and new contrasts. Try it - it's delicious.

Sprinkle the couscous with boiling water and leave to swell.
Chop the greens and mix with couscous. Add a little salt (remember the cheese salty), herbs, ground pepper.
Arrange the lettuce in a bowl, top with couscous mixed with greens, transfer the diced watermelon, feta cheese, walnuts.
Drizzle with balsamic sauce.
