Ingredients
 100 g Yellow tomato
 100 g Watermelon
 50 g Salad mix
 40 g Feta cheese (or Dourblu, I liked Dourblu better)
 40 g Couscous
 100 ml Water
 15 g Walnuts
 25 g Balsamic sauce
 Greens - dill, parsley, basil, mint leaves
Preparation

Sprinkle the couscous with boiling water and leave to swell.

Chop the greens and mix with couscous. Add a little salt (remember the cheese salty), herbs, ground pepper.

Arrange the lettuce in a bowl, top with couscous mixed with greens, transfer the diced watermelon, feta cheese, walnuts.

Drizzle with balsamic sauce.
