If you have to hurry in the morning - a quick berry cake in a cup. Only 4 minutes and breakfast ready!
Blends everything except berries.
Stir in the berries into the blended mass. In the middle, if desired, you can also put a piece of chocolate.
Pour the dough into a cup and place in the microwave for 4 minutes.
I served it with berry - yogurt sauce.

For the past week, we have been fighting heroically with a truly tropical climate. The heat is no joke. But it's summer and the right time for delicious, healthy and, of course, low-calorie ice cream.
How I like these simple dishes. After a good early morning workout - such a breakfast is more than great!
