 3 Small wholemeal tortillas 3 x 40g
 90 g 10% cheese (or other skim cheese: cumin, strong man, tea)
 150 g Skimmed milk curd
 2 Boiled eggs
 50 g green bows
 20 g Dill
 1 Egg (egg white stuffing, yolk for spreading)
 Salt, spices of your choice

Grated cheese and mixed with cottage cheese, grated boiled eggs and green onions.

The egg yolk is separated from the egg, the white is added to the curd-cheese mass.

Beat the egg yolk in a separate dish.

Add the salt and spices to the curd-cheese mass.

Put the curd - cheese - egg - onion filling in the middle of the tortilla. Tortilla folds into squares, smeared with egg yolk, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Put in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 12 minutes.
