Ingredients for the base
 1 Egg
 180 g Skimmed milk curd
 50 g Flour (I use corn flour)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener of your choice
 Vanillin
Ingredients for Stuffing
 2 Eggs
 140 g Raspberries
 70 g Culinary cottage cheese "Baltais" (you can use the same cottage cheese as the base or yogurt)
 1 tsp. Corn starch
 Sweetener, vanillin
Directions

Mix the eggs with cottage cheese, add sweetener, and flour, and mix the dough.

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Form round buns with your hands right on the board, forming the edges.

Put raspberries in the middle, pour over 2 eggs beaten with cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla and starch.

Put in the oven at 180 degrees for ~25 minutes.
