 200 g Mushrooms
 100 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 100 g Broccoli
 125 g Mozzarella light (or any other lean cheese)
 3 63g wholemeal tortillas (medium)
 50 g Onion
 20 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, spices of choice
Directions

Cut and sauté / simmer the vegetables, drain the excess liquid and cool.

Add sliced mozzarella.

Put the mixture on the tortilla.

Squeeze the edges with a fork (before smearing the eggs with egg white or water), smear with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Put in preheated oven (~ 175-180 degrees) for ~ 15 minutes. Or fry in a pan under the lid.
