
Orange chips
Quite by chance, I discovered a new, very tasty treat - orange "chips".
Delicious and healthy stuffed tortillas.

Cut and sauté / simmer the vegetables, drain the excess liquid and cool.
Add sliced mozzarella.
Put the mixture on the tortilla.
Squeeze the edges with a fork (before smearing the eggs with egg white or water), smear with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Put in preheated oven (~ 175-180 degrees) for ~ 15 minutes. Or fry in a pan under the lid.
