 400 g Chicken fillet
 240 g Canned chickpeas (net weight)
 216 g Pumpkin (or other vegetable if you don't like pumpkin)
 250 ml Coconut milk (18%)
 200 g Green beans (frozen)
 150 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 100 g Onion
 65 g Spinach
 40 g Curry paste "AROY-D"
 15 g Ginger root
 10 g Garlic
 10 g Oil
 Spices of your choice: curry, black ground pepper, turmeric, chilli
 Lime
 Salt

Cut the chicken fillet, onion, garlic and ginger—place in a pan with heated oil and fry.

Cut the pumpkin and peppers into small pieces. Add the cut vegetables and green beans to the meat, onion and garlic, in the pan. Bake/sauté until ready.

Add the Turkish peas, spinach, coconut milk, curry paste and spices. Sauté for ~10 minutes.

In the end, sprinkle with lime juice.
