Pizza with shrimps
When do not want to get stuck in a big cooking, but want something… extra delicious - :)
We continue to eat ice cream, because it's summer! This time without lactose.
Blend avocado, coconut milk, lime juice, lime peel, erythritol.
Put the dish in the freezer for 30 - 40 minutes.
Remove the ice cream and whisk again. Put again in the freezer for 30 - 40 minutes. The procedure is repeated 2x more.
You can leave all the ice cream in one container, but I filled some of it into silicone Eskimo molds. One serving ~ 82.5g was collected.

I love zucchini season! Cinnamon rolls, pies, pizzas, roulettes and of course brownie! And all this from our great vegetable zucchini, or zucchini, whoever likes it!
