Zucchini Brownie
I love zucchini season! Cinnamon rolls, pies, pizzas, roulettes and of course brownie! And all this from our great vegetable zucchini, or zucchini, whoever likes it!
Continuing the theme of chanterelles. Of course, if kcal too much, then the cheese can be put more - will be creamier and tastier.
Chanterelles, onions, garlic cut and sautéed in a pan. Cool.
Add sliced onions and grated cheese. The mass is mixed and divided into 3 parts.
Put the mushroom mass on half a tortilla, smear the edges with egg white, fold, squeeze and "seal" with a fork.
Smear with egg yolk, sprinkle with seeds and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for ~ 12 minutes.
