Easy, delicious, fast and hearty. Try it - it's so easy to bake it and take it with you both to work and on the way.
Grate the cheese and eggs and mix with cottage cheese and green onions.
The egg yolk is separated from the fresh egg, the white is added to the curd-cheese mass. Beat the egg yolk in a separate dish.
Salt and spices are added to the curd-cheese mass.
In the middle of the tortilla put the filling of the curd - cheese - egg - bow mass: either fold in squares, or smear the edges with water and press the edges with a fork (like chebureks), smear with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Put in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 12 minutes, or fry in a pan.
