
Delicious cabbage salad
I want to share a very simple but very delicious salad, which will suit any dish both as a side dish and as a separate dish.
Easy, delicious, quick to prepare, and filling. Try it - it's so convenient to make them and take them with you both to work and on the road.

Grate the cheese and eggs and mix with cottage cheese and green onions.
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Add the egg white to the curd-cheese mass. Beat the egg yolk in a separate bowl.
Add the salt and spices to the curd-cheese mass.
Place the filling of the curd-cheese-egg-onion mass in the middle of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla into squares or brush the edges with water and press down the edges with a fork (like chebureks), brush with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Put in the oven at 180 °C degrees for ~12 minutes, or fry in a pan.
