Oatmeal crackers with seeds and dried tomatoes
Very simple and really delicious!
Who doesn't like Tiramisu? :) With delicious boiled cream and strawberries!
Pour 500 g of milk into a saucepan, add egg, sweetener, vanilla, and cornstarch, and heat while stirring until the mass thickens. Remove and cool thoroughly (I left it in the fridge overnight).
When the cream has cooled, add fresh Ricotta cheese and whisk on low/slow speed until a homogeneous cream is formed.
Apply a little cream to the base and put 3 cookies on it, pressing lightly (so as not to slip off). I didn't soak the first layer of coffee, because the cream and berries will moisten the cookies enough.
Cover the first layer with cream (I filled it into a pastry bag and squeezed 4 “balls” out of it, covering the entire surface of the cookie). Put the strawberries in the cream, lightly pressing on top of the cream.
Dip the remaining cookies in sweet coffee and spread them on top of the strawberries (across the first layer).
Apply/squeeze cream on top. Sprinkle with cocoa, and decorate with strawberries.
! Cakes are recommended to be consumed on the same day.
