 2 Eggs
 100 g Egg white
 240 g Various dried fruits (I got 60 g raisins, 60 g apricots and 120 g dates)
 230 g Whole oat flakes
 230 g Kefir BIO 0,1 %
 150 g Skimmed milk curd
 40 g Nuts
 1.50 tsp. Baking powder
 Cinnamon
 Sweetener as needed
Directions

Beat the eggs and egg white with the cottage cheese.

Add the oat flakes, dried fruit/berries (cut into smaller pieces if necessary) and chopped nuts. Mix everything and leave for 20 minutes to allow the oat flakes to swell

Divide the mixture among 8 tart tins (8 cm in diameter) and bake in the oven at ~170 °C for ~35-40 minutes.
