
Lavash patties with cheese and cottage cheese
When I want something but don't really know what....this always works!
Something so delicious hasn't been made in a long time! I recommend you to make this delicacy!

Beat the eggs and egg white with the cottage cheese.
Add the oat flakes, dried fruit/berries (cut into smaller pieces if necessary) and chopped nuts. Mix everything and leave for 20 minutes to allow the oat flakes to swell
Divide the mixture among 8 tart tins (8 cm in diameter) and bake in the oven at ~170 °C for ~35-40 minutes.
