Tarte with strawberries

Oh, this strawberry time !!! This time the delicious, sweet strawberries are baked in a healthy, delicious wholemeal tart!

Ingredients for the dough
 1 Egg
 100 g Up to 120g of whole wheat flour (depending on the size of the egg and the "moisture" of the curd - you have to put enough so that the dough can be rolled into a slightly sticky ball)
 60 g Dates
 60 g Skimmed milk curd
 20 g Butter
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener (I use a stand for baking)
Ingredients for Filling
 2 Eggs
 250 g Strawberry
 80 g Skimmed milk curd
 70 g Milk 2%
 15 g Corn starch
 Sweetener, vanilla

Soak the dates first.

20g of melted butter is added to the egg, soaked, diced dates - all is blended into a homogeneous mass.

Add baking powder to the flour and add to the egg-curd-date mass. Knead the dough and place for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Remove the dough and place in a tarte to form "sides".

Put strawberries at the bottom of the tarte.

Blend the eggs with milk, cornstarch, sweetener and vanilla and pour over the berries.

Put in the oven at ~ 175 degrees and bake for ~ 30-35 minutes.
