Cheese cookies have been very popular since I was a child. Today, however, I am aware that what is bought in the store is a Kcal ball. Better already, then prepare them yourself and 3x less Kcal.
Oh, this strawberry time !!! This time the delicious, sweet strawberries are baked in a healthy, delicious wholemeal tart!
Soak the dates first.
20g of melted butter is added to the egg, soaked, diced dates - all is blended into a homogeneous mass.
Add baking powder to the flour and add to the egg-curd-date mass. Knead the dough and place for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Remove the dough and place in a tarte to form "sides".
Put strawberries at the bottom of the tarte.
Blend the eggs with milk, cornstarch, sweetener and vanilla and pour over the berries.
Put in the oven at ~ 175 degrees and bake for ~ 30-35 minutes.
