Berry ice cream

 500 g Milk (2 %)
 350 g Currants, strawberries, blueberries and blackcurrants (currants were the most. I used frozen)
 50 g Whey protein
 1 g Xanthan gum
 Sweetener as needed
Directions

Place in a container and blend all the ice cream ingredients.

Place the container in the freezer for about 20 minutes.

Take out the ice cream and whisk everything again. Put it back in the freezer for 20 minutes. Repeat the procedure 2 more times.

You can leave all the ice cream in one container, but I filled some of it into silicone popsicle molds. One portion ~ 60 g.
