Super delicious whole grain tart with yummy cherries!

Knead the dough and place in the refrigerator for ~ 30 minutes.
Cook the cherries a little with the sweetener added. Dilute the starch with water and add it to the cherries.
Stir and cook until the mass thickens. The mass is slightly cooled.
Prepare the cheesecake mixture: beat the eggs with the curd, pudding and sweetener.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and place it in a tart mould.
Place the slightly cooled cherries on the bottom of the tart and pour the cheesecake mixture over them.
Bake in an oven preheated to ~180 °C for ~35 minutes.
