Tarte with rhubarb and strawberries

As long as there is rhubarb time…. Rhubarb tarte was also wanted when making delicious rhubarb pie.

Ingredients for the Base
 1 Egg
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 180 g Flour (I use corn flour. Up to 200g - so that you can stick a dough ball that doesn't stick to your hands)
 20 g Coconut oil (or butter)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 A pinch of salt
 Sweetener as needed
Ingredients for filling
 2 Eggs
 73 g Egg white
 300 g Fat curd cream Alma
 200 g Rhubarb
 100 g Strawberry
 Sweetener
 Vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients.

Add cottage cheese, eggs, oil and knead the elastic dough, which is left for ~ 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.

The dough is removed and shaped to form side edges.

Finished filling: eggs, beat the egg whites with egg whites, sweetener, vanilla.

Add curd cream Alma, finely chopped rhubarb and strawberries.

Put in the form of filling, put in the oven at ~ 175 degrees and bake ready for ~ 30-35 minutes.
