Ingredients
 1.80 l Water
 535 g Mushrooms (I had frozen mushrooms in the summer)
 500 g Tomato paste "Primo Gutso Tomatera" (24 kcal / 100 g)
 383 g Pickled or pickled cucumbers
 369 g Rutabaga
 264 g Carrot
 160 g Canned black olives
 110 g Onion
 30 g Garlic
 40 g Various greens (parsley, kinza, etc.)
 Lemon
 Salt, allspice, bay leaves, black pepper, lemon pepper and other spices of your choice.
Directions

Bring the pot to a boil with water. When the water boils, add the mushrooms.

Meanwhile, cut kale, celery, carrots.

Cut the pickles.

Chop the onion and fry in a hot pan with chopped garlic.

Boil until vegetables and mushrooms are soft, add salt, spices, tomato paste, olives, pickles.

Boil everything, remove from the stove and leave to taste.
