Ingredients
 1 Lavasšs "Prima food" (120 g)
 250 g Fresh cheese "Ricotta Lago Maggiore" 6%
 200 g Smoked salmon (I use smoked loins)
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 40 g Greens (dill and micro greens)
Directions

Finely chop salmon, add fresh cheese, cottage cheese, and greens and blend everything with a blender.

Spread the mass on the lavash and roll it up.

Wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
