Ingredients
 1 Lavasšs "Prima food" (120 g)
 250 g Fresh cheese "Ricotta Lago Maggiore" 6%
 200 g Smoked salmon (I use smoked loins)
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 40 g Greens (dill and micro greens)
Directions

Finely chop the salmon, add fresh cheese, cottage cheese, greens and cover everything.

The mass is smeared on lavash, rolled up.

Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for a few hours.
