Pizza with tuna, cherry tomatoes and Dor blue cheese

Everyone likes pizza. Simple in its preparation and very tasty!

 200 g Flour (for me 140 g whole wheat flour and 60 g premium wheat flour)
 150 g Kefir
 20 g Butter
 ¼ tsp. Salt
 ¼ tsp. Soda
 A little bit of sweetener

 25 g Adjika "Pures"
 56 g Tuna in its own juice
 80 g Tomatoes cherry
 70 g 10% cheese
 30 g Dor blue cheese
 30 g Onion
 20 g Dill
Directions

Add soda to kefir (at room temperature) and let it react for 15 minutes.

Add salt, sugar and stir until the sugar melts. Add sifted flour and knead the dough.

In the end, add melted butter and knead again.

Depending on the quality of the flour, their quantity may vary slightly. The dough should be pliable and soft, not sticky to the hands. Put it in the fridge for at least two hours.

Take out the dough, roll out a thin pizza base.

Spread the rolled base with 25 g of adjika. Put tuna, halved cherry tomatoes, and onion on top and put in the oven at 200 °C and bake for about 15 minutes (without cheese).

Remove, sprinkle with both grated cheeses mixed with dill and put in the oven for ~3-5 more minutes (while the cheese melts).
