Spinach mushroom waffles (lactose and gluten free)

Strange composition, but I claim that very, very delicious waffles came together. And with pre-cooked guacamole-perfect!

Spinach waffles without lactose and gluten

Ingredients
 200 g Vegetable milk (or cow's milk in the absence of lactose intolerance)
 200 g Mushrooms
 120 g Spinach
 100 g Green buckwheat (or ready-made buckwheat flour)
 100 g Prose
 30 g Jug, or other lactose-free cheese such as Swiss lacey. In the absence of lactose intolerance any other, aromatic, fatty cheese)
 15 g Oil
 Garlic (fresh or crushed)
 Salt, pepper
Directions

Grind buckwheat and millet in flour. I use a coffee grinder.

Chop the mushrooms and garlic and fry in a pan (without oil). I chopped in a food processor, but can be cut with a knife, then there will be larger pieces.

Spinach stuffed with milk and 15 g of oil.

In a bowl add floured spinach with milk, fried mushrooms, finely grated cheese, salt, pepper, mix everything.

Heat a waffle pan, grease with oil and place on a spoon. Bake ready. It was ~ 6 minutes for me.
