Salty lavash cake with mushrooms and vegetables
Servings3 Serving
Category, DifficultyEasy
 260 g Mushrooms
 200 g Cheese 10% (170g + 30g for topping)
 107 g Carrot
 100 g Green beans (I was frozen)
 120 g Onion
 14 g Garlic
50 g Tomato paste (or adjika)
 1 Lavash (120g) or 2 tortillas (2 × 60g)
 Salt, spices of your choice
Directions
1

Cut the mushrooms and sauté in a pan.

2

Grate carrots, cut peppers, onions, garlic and add a little later mushrooms.

3

Also add beans (I also cut them finer).

4

Stir the vegetables with the mushrooms and drain the liquid and cool.

5

Meanwhile, cut the lavash into 6 equal strips.

6

When the vegetables have cooled, add grated cheese.

7

Smear each strip with tomato paste / adjika. Put a vegetable-mushroom mixture on top.

8

Put the next strip of lavash, smear with tomato paste, put on top of vegetables. Repeat for all strips. Sprinkle with grated cheese for the last layer.

9

Put in the oven for ~ 15-20 minutes at 175-18 degrees.
