 450 g Chicken liver
 138 g Carrot
 50 g Onion
 2 Garlic cloves
 100 g Broth (a liquid from the liver. But you have to see how thick the pate you want)
 Salt, pepper, allspice, bay leaves to taste.
Preparation

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.

Fry the liver in a heated pan, add carrots, onions, garlic with spices and sauté.

Drain the liver and vegetables, remove the bay leaves, allspice.

Put the liver in a saucepan, gradually pour the broth and cover everything thoroughly.

Stir and heat until a bubble is thrown. Put the pasta in dishes, cool.
