Avocado "mayonnaise", dip sauce
My favorite "mayonnaise" dip sauce.
Delicious, with a crispy crust and healthy delicious wholemeal oat and seed bread. Easy and quick to prepare.
Whole grain oatmeal is blended with a hand blender. I turned it on a couple of times: with the idea of leaving some whole flakes without grinding into flour.
Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of soda in the kefir and leave to "effect". (I warmed the kefir a little before).
Weigh the seeds and stir in the oatmeal. Add kefir to the flour with soda, salt, spices. Mix everything and place under a towel for 10 minutes to "rest".
The dough is divided into 3 equal parts (9 ~ 96 g each) and placed on a tray with wet hands and formed into small "round buns".
Put in the oven at 175-80 degrees and bake for ~ 30-40 minutes. (look after the stove).
When the buns are baked - remove from the oven, wrap in a towel and leave until completely cooled.
