Ingredients
 120 g Whole oat flakes
 120 g Kefir 0.5% (can also be 2%)
  tsp Soda
 10 g Sunflower seeds
 10 g Pumpkin seeds
 10 g Linseed (whole)
 10 g Sesame seeds
Spices of your choice: I put: 1 tsp. cumin, 1/2 tsp. Provencal herbs 1/2 tsp. turmeric 1/2 tsp. coriander 1 tsp. herb salt
Preparation
1

Whole grain oatmeal is blended with a hand blender. I turned it on a couple of times: with the idea of leaving some whole flakes without grinding into flour.

2

Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of soda in the kefir and leave to "effect". (I warmed the kefir a little before).

3

Weigh the seeds and stir in the oatmeal. Add kefir to the flour with soda, salt, spices. Mix everything and place under a towel for 10 minutes to "rest".

4

The dough is divided into 3 equal parts (9 ~ 96 g each) and placed on a tray with wet hands and formed into small "round buns".

5

Put in the oven at 175-80 degrees and bake for ~ 30-40 minutes. (look after the stove).

6

When the buns are baked - remove from the oven, wrap in a towel and leave until completely cooled.
