Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 150 g Kefir
 116 g Banana
 100 g Dates
 100 g Blackberries
 125 g Green buckwheat flour (other flours may be used)
 75 g Corn flour
 65 g Ready avocado
 1 cup Soda
Preparation

Dates aplej with hot water to keep it soft.

Grind buckwheat in a coffee grinder in flour.

Kefir is added to the penalty and left to act.

Egg whites from 2 eggs beaten separately.

Egg yolks blended with banana and dates, add kefir mixed with soda.

Add both flour, mix the dough. Stir in the blackcurrants and the egg whites at the end.

Put the dough in the form and bake at ~ 170 degrees for ~ 50 minutes.
