When you're craving something sweet, these banana toasties are just in time. One, two, three and done!

Smash the banana, add the cottage cheese and mix.
Press the middle of two toaster breads - create a well in which to put the filling
Divide the filling into 2 portions and spread on both slices of toast bread.
Top with the two remaining slices of toast bread, place in a sandwich toaster and bake until ready.
