When I want to treat myself and my family, I bake delicious protein pizza.

Mix the dough ingredients for the base. Form a round pizza base (or several small ones) by hand directly on the baking sheet or baking paper and bake in the oven at 175-180 °C for ~20 minutes.
In another bowl, grate the egg and cheese, cut the scallions and add the yoghurt, salt and spices. Mix everything.
Remove the base from the oven and place the filling on top.
Put it back in the oven for ~10 minutes.
