 400 g Ground turkey (or chicken) fillet
 250 g Mushrooms (champignons)
 215 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 180 g Carrot
 100 g Red lentils
 100 g Tomatoes cherry
 81 g Onion
 30 g Garlic
 30 g Spinach
 20 g Parsley
 180 g Processed cheese “Baltijas Dzintars klasiskais” or other equivalent
 Salt, pepper, chilli, curry, and other spices of your choice
Directions

Fry the ground turkey, grated carrots, chopped mushrooms, onions, and garlic in a pan.

Boil water and add the lentils. Bring to a boil. Add salt and spices and simmer for ~10 minutes.

Add the lentils to the ground meat and vegetables, and sauté for an additional minute or two.

Add cheese, tomatoes, and greens. Done!
