Lightly salted trout

It's not really a recipe, but it's a delicious combination for breakfast. I've been making breakfast like this for a while and decided to keep this idea on my blog.

 5 Corn galettes
 100 g Lightly salted trout
 50 g 14% cream cheese (you can also use Philadelphia Light or any other cream cheese up to 14% fat)
 15 g Onion
 Dill
 Lemon pepper

Spread cream cheese on the corn galettes, top with thinly sliced trout and thin onion rings, sprinkle with lemon pepper and dill and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
