 6 g Honey
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 Herb salt (or salt)

Directions

Divide the cauliflower into rosettes - throw in boiling water and cook a little. Drain, cool.

Cut (or grate) the eggs, dice the cucumber and the scallions. Prepare the prawns.
