 150 g Peanut flour (or almond flour, I use peanut)
 110 g Egg white
 30 g Psyllium (psyllium husk)
 2 tsp. Baking powder
 ½ tsp. Salt, Provencal herbs, coriander (or spices of your choice)
 1 tsp. Vinegar
 200 g Boiling water
Directions

Mix all dry ingredients: flour, psillium, spices, baking powder.

Add wet to the dry ingredients, mix the dough, form round balls (I got 10 pieces of 50 g each).

Put in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for ~ 40-45 minutes (depends on your stove - the buns should be nicely brown).
