 600 g Pumpkin
 60 g Mini Mozzarella (Jaunpils)
 40 g Walnuts
 15 g Garlic
 3 g Extra virgin oil (spray)
 Salt, chilli to taste
Directions

Peel a squash, grate it and put it in a small bowl.

Add spices, squeezed garlic, sprinkle with oil, mix everything.

Fry in a well-heated pan.

Walnuts can also be roasted in a pan.
