 2 Eggs
 60 g Apple puree (I peeled a small apple (100 g), cut it into pieces, steamed it and pureed it in a blender)
 50 g Dried cranberries, raisins, candied fruit, nuts
 45 g Corn flour
 45 g Whole wheat flour
 40 g Thick natural yoghurt
 Vanilla
 Sweetener
Ingredients for Icing
 30 g Thick natural yoghurt
 30 g Milk powder 1%
 Sweetener of your choice

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks with fruit puree and sweetener. Add the flour and baking powder.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.

Carefully fold the egg whites into the batter. Add the dried cranberries, fruit, nuts.

Bake at 175-180°C for ~25-30 minutes.

Prepare icing: mix yoghurt with milk powder, set aside, allow to thicken slightly, and spread over the pie.
