Fitness salad with avocado sauce

When there is not much time, but you want to eat delicious, tortillas are useful again.
Smear the tortilla with adjika.
Place chicken or turkey fillets on top.
Cover with tomato slices, sprinkle with greens and grated cheese.
Put the tortilla in a heated pan, put the lid on and bake for ~ 10 minutes.
