Ingredients
 1 Lavash (square, 120 g)
 1 Egg
 330 g Cherries (frozen, or any other berries, or fruits)
 250 g Fresh cheese Ricotta Lago Maggiore
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 15 g Corn starch
 Vanilla, sweetener of choice

Mix cottage cheese with fresh ricotta cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and egg white. Add corn starch. Leave the egg yolk to smear the roll.

Spread the lavash with curd mass, and put the berries on top (if frozen, thaw and drain the juice).

Roll up, brush it with egg yolk, sprinkle with 5 g of sugar, and put it in the oven at 180 °C for ~25 minutes.
