
Muffins with dried fruit
A sugar- and fat-free treat!
Another delicacy from lavash. The preparation is so simple that everyone can handle it!

Mix cottage cheese with fresh ricotta cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and egg white. Add corn starch. Leave the egg yolk to smear the roll.
Spread the lavash with curd mass, and put the berries on top (if frozen, thaw and drain the juice).
Roll up, brush it with egg yolk, sprinkle with 5 g of sugar, and put it in the oven at 180 °C for ~25 minutes.
