Ingredients
 400 g Well Done seafood cocktail or 140 g trout or 130 g tuna
 200 g Sweet cream 10%
 280 g Pumpkin
 150 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 80 g Leeks
 90 g Rice noodles, flat (or any other cereal)
 20 g Curry paste
 5 g Oil
 Spices of your choice
 Salt
Directions

Cut the pumpkin into cubes, the peppers into strips and the leeks into rings.

Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook the rice noodles. Drain the water and set aside.

Place the sliced vegetables in a pan and sauté until almost ready. Add the seafood, curry paste, salt, spices and sauté for another ~5 minutes.

Add the sweet cream and rice noodles and cook until ready.

Add the greens - ready.
