
Cake "Sweet sin"
This cake is not for calorie counters. But sometimes they are also needed, and it turned out amazingly delicious!
Seafood, pumpkin and rice noodles - great company!

Cut the pumpkin into cubes, the peppers into strips and the leeks into rings.
Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook the rice noodles. Drain the water and set aside.
Place the sliced vegetables in a pan and sauté until almost ready. Add the seafood, curry paste, salt, spices and sauté for another ~5 minutes.
Add the sweet cream and rice noodles and cook until ready.
Add the greens - ready.
