Rhubarb, strawberries - the first fruits of our latitudes in spring - summer. Let's put them to work! Managed a fantastically delicious and healthy pie!
Dates aplej with water and leave for 30 minutes.
Blend eggs with banana, yogurt, soda.
Drain the water. Add the dates to the egg-yogurt mass and cover everything again.
Add flour. Thoroughly mix and stir sliced rhubarb and strawberries.
Sweeteners are added to the dough after each individual sensation: because it must be taken into account that rhubarb is quite acidic.
Bake for ~ 30-35 minutes at 170 degrees.
