
Cereal purée soup with vegetables, ginger and chilli seeds
It's a slightly different soup, or should I say puree soup.
I'm continuing my pumpkin food journey! Very, very tasty, moist and aromatic muffins.

Pour hot water over the dried prunes and set aside for ~20-30 minutes.
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and steam or bake in foil in the oven or cook in the microwave (~10 minutes).

Add the eggs, spices and sweetener to the mixture and mix.
Add the flour mixed with baking powder.
Pour the batter into the muffin tins or one large tin, place in the oven and bake at 175 °C until ready.
