Delicious meat salad
I have many different versions of healthy meat salads. This time I offer another very delicious recipe.
Rhubarb time begins. Sweet and sour, and very tasty muffins.
Rhubarb finely cut, put in a bowl, add sweetener - mix and put for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at ~ 200 degrees. Remove to cool.
Beat eggs with yogurt, sweetener, baking powder and flour. It is worth tasting the dough before placing it in the tins, or it is sweet enough.
Stir in the rhubarb and pour the dough into molds.
Put in the oven and bake for ~ 30-35 minutes at 175 degrees.
