
Chicken meat salad
Another delicious version of a healthy chicken salad.
Rhubarb time begins. Sweet and sour, and very tasty muffins.

Rhubarb finely cut, put in a bowl, add sweetener - mix and put for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at ~ 200 degrees. Remove to cool.
Beat eggs with yogurt, sweetener, baking powder and flour. It is worth tasting the dough before placing it in the tins, or it is sweet enough.
Stir in the rhubarb and pour the dough into molds.
Put in the oven and bake for ~ 30-35 minutes at 175 degrees.

Goulash soup is traditionally made with beef, but since I don't especially enjoy it, I prepare it with turkey. I must say that it turned out to be quite delicious.
