Lavash roll with vegetables, cheese and fresh cheese Ricotta

If you need to lose weight, vegetables are great helpers. They can be eaten fresh, stewed, fried, stuffed in tortillas, lavashes. Well, I managed a very delicious roulette.

Ingredients
 1 Whole grain lavash (Prima Food) 120g)
 100 g Mushrooms
 100 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 140 g Broccoli
 100 g Carrot
 100 g 10% cheese
 250 g Fresh Ricotta (11%) or Ghidetti cheese (available at RIMI - see image below) or skimmed milk cheese in sachets
 60 g Sipols
 10 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice
 For spreading: egg yolk, for sprinkling - cumin

Cut and sauté / simmer the vegetables, place in a colander, drain the excess liquid and cool.

Add grated 10% cheese, fresh cheese ricotta, salt spices. Mix everything.

Put the mixture on the lavash. Roll up, smear with egg yolk, sprinkle with cumin.

Put in preheated oven (~ 175-180 degrees) for ~ 12-15 minutes.
