Carrot tortilla with cheese
I decided to try the new Santa Maria carrot tortilla and it was delicious.
Very delicious and easy to prepare dessert for everyday and holidays.
Mix the milk with the egg, starch, sweetener and vanillin: whisk and heat until the dough thickens and bubbles. Put to cool.
Add ricotta to the cooled cream - stir. Cool.
Put the berries and half of the water in a saucepan.
The other half of the water is mixed with starch.
Add sweetener to the berries as needed, bring to a boil and stir in the starch mixed with water. Boil. Ready!
Put berry jelly and vanilla cream on top in a bowl.

I often have ideas for cooking when I see a particular product in the store that catches my eye. This time it was a big, beautiful, pinkish yellow and almost ready mango.
You can cook and enjoy this great dessert endlessly! This is a really great recipe.
I added Chinese cabbage instead of potatoes. Managed great and with very friendly calories.
