I've always liked curd buns, including like this.

Ingredients for the dough
 1 Egg
 180 g Skimmed milk curd
 80 g Cornflour (regulate the amount of flour according to how wet the curd is - the consistency of the dough should be such that it almost doesn't stick to your hands and you can make "boats" out of it)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
Ingredients for filling
 2 Eggs
 180 g Skimmed milk curd
 Vanillin, sweetener
 Cumin ( you can leave it out if you don't like cumin)
Directions

Add the egg, flour, baking powder, vanilla and sweetener to the curd.

Mix the dough, divide it into 2 equal parts and form two round buns with "borders".

Mix two eggs with cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and cumin and fill into buns.

Bake in the oven at ~175-180 °C until light golden.
