Chicken fillets, broccoli and rice cutlets

When on Sunday morning you want to "tie your breath" with something cheesy… :) Vegetarian tortilla with two types of cheese.
Grate the cheese, cut the tomatoes, greens, add the egg whites (leave some of the egg yolks for smearing - part, because one whole for one tortilla will be too much), spices.
Mix everything, put the mass on the tortilla.
Smear the edges with egg yolk, fold and squeeze together with a fork.
Bake in the oven at ~ 180 degrees (10-12 minutes) or in a pan under the lid.
