Salad with millet millet and spinach
I continue my favorite theme - simple, fast and delicious!
Protein-rich breakfast. As always - delicious and filling, quick and easy to prepare.
Pour boiling water over the oat flakes, add sweetener as needed, put on a plate and leave to swell for ~10-15 minutes.
Peel the apple, cut into small cubes, add cinnamon, sweetener if desired and sauté until soft (I put it in the microwave for 5 minutes).
Place 200 g of pudding on top of the swollen oatmeal, top with apples and sprinkle with candied walnuts.
