Cake "Sweet sin"
This cake is not for calorie counters. But sometimes they are also needed, and it turned out amazingly delicious!
Just a few ingredients and in this case you don't need an oven either. I found out that the milk left in the refrigerator has been fermented in sour milk - do not throw the products out? Then these scones came about.
Add salt, sweetener soda to the kefir, mix and leave to "work".
Then add the oil if you want any herbs and gradually stir in the flour and knead the dough.
The dough may stick slightly to your hands, but you can slightly moisten your hands and rub the ball, which is covered with a towel and left in the heat again.
Meanwhile, grate the cheese, cut the greens.
The dough and filling are divided into 4 parts.
Roll out the dough a little, or knead / flatten by hand and put a mixture of cheese and greens in the middle. Squeeze the edges by kneading the filling into the dough and roll out a thin scoop on both sides with a dough roll.
Put in a pan (not too hot: I put the electric from the "10" sections on the "5") and fry on both sides.

When preparing for a trip with a tent, the products should be easily taken with you and perfectly withstand at least one day without a refrigerator. They also taste great!!!

If you are planning to go somewhere during the day, and public eateries, like me, are not your best friend, then you can quickly and easily make mini "pancakes" with cheese. Tastes equally good both warm and cold.
